The information given by the buyer when ordering is binding. Your order is processed and ready to be sent within 3 to 4 working days of payment validation. Return
In application of the article of the code L.121-20-12 of the code of the consumption, you have a period of 14 days as from the reception of your parcel to inform our team via the form below, of your wish to return the product to us. We will then issue you a return agreement number. From the date of the return request, you have 14 days to return the product to us.
After receiving and accepting your package, we will refund all amounts paid within 30 days, with the exception of return costs, which are your responsibility.
When returning, we recommend that you re-use the original packaging of your products, because we can only take back products returned in their entirety, with their original packaging, all of which must be intact and in good condition. .
Refunds or exchanges assume that you have not damaged the product, or that you have not returned it incomplete.
