Ordered

The final validation of the order implies unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale and the order confirmation sent by email to the customer constitutes proof of the date of placing this order.
The order will only become effective after acceptance by SAVAGE which will send an order confirmation to the email address indicated by the customer, indicating the order number.
Products and availability
SAVAGE has total independence in the selection of products offered on its store and reserves the right at any time and without notice to add or remove products from its catalog. The characteristics of the products may change, and no modification can give rise to a claim for damages.
The photographs and texts illustrating the products as well as the commercial documents do not enter into the contractual field. If errors occur, in any case, the responsibility of SAVAGE can not be engaged.
When ordering, SAVAGE informs the buyer of the availability of the products he wishes to acquire. The customer's order will be satisfied subject to available stocks. SAVAGE has the status of auto-entrepreneur, the products are therefore not subject to VAT

Payment by credit card :

In the event of non-payment by the due date of any sum owed by the customer, SAVAGE may suspend any order or any delivery, whatever the stage of execution.
Orders will be automatically canceled if payment is not received within 10 days of order date.
SAVAGE reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment for a previous order.
Retention of title
The products remain the property of SAVAGE until full payment of its price in principal, interest and incidental costs by the customer.
During the period from delivery to the transfer of ownership, the risks of loss, theft or destruction are the responsibility of the customer.
The non-performance by the customer of his payment obligations, for any reason whatsoever, gives the seller the right to cancel the order and / or to demand the immediate return of the goods delivered at the buyer's expense, an action civil and / or criminal that may, where appropriate, be taken against him.
Delivery
Unless otherwise indicated, delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer when placing the order. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, SAVAGE cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivery.

For orders placed on the site https://www.savage.dog, delivered outside mainland France, the customer must pay the duties and taxes when entering his country and ensure beforehand that the products thus ordered are authorized for import. These duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are his responsibility. Delivery delay
Delivery times, expressed in working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) and provided for information only, depend on the availability of the product ordered and the payment method chosen.

SAVAGE cannot be held liable in the event of late delivery. Any delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages.
Delivery method :
The delivery is carried out in priority by La Poste in Colissimo Suivi and can be carried out by another means determined by SAVAGE according to the weight and the value of the product.
Delivery is considered made by SAVAGE when the goods are handed over to the carrier. The delivery slip provided by the carrier, dated and possibly signed by the customer when the product is delivered and including a delivery number, will constitute proof in particular of transport and delivery.
By express agreement, the carrier is the client's agent. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to exercise any recourse himself, without SAVAGE's liability being ever called into question, for any reason whatsoever (delay, damage, total or partial losses, delivery error, unforeseen events. or force majeure…).
Regarding the arrangements to be made vis-Ã -vis the carrier, and purely as an indication, SAVAGE informs the customer that the goods travel at the risk of the recipient and that the latter must check his package on arrival by establishing the the conformity and good condition of the products delivered before taking possession or signing the acknowledgment of receipt of the package. These must correspond in quantity and quality to the indications given on the invoice attached to the package.

Withdrawal & Returns
Under Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has seven clear days to return to us at his expense a product that does not satisfy him. In the event of a withdrawal, the shipping costs (sending and return) are the responsibility of the buyer.
SAVAGE will exchange or refund the value of the product (excluding delivery costs), within 7 days of receipt of the package, on the means of payment used for the order.
Disputes
These General Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution to any dispute arising from the execution of these general conditions of sale.
