DOGA

yoga with your dog

What is doga?
doga definition

Doga, a contraction of dog and yoga, is a practice that combines gentle movements, breathing, and moments of connection with your dog.

Doga can be practiced by integrating your dog into certain poses or simply by performing your own poses while your dog enjoys the calming atmosphere of the session.

Doga is not a performance or a workout for your dog. It is primarily a moment of presence and listening, which allows you to share a different experience with your companion.

What are the benefits of doga for you and your dog?

Yoga aims to create harmony between the body and mind through the practice of asanas (physical postures) and breathing.

By extension, doga provides your dog with a moment of calm and relaxation, which can help reduce stress and promote well-being.

In this practice, your dog is free to participate or simply relax by your side. This respectful approach naturally strengthens the human-dog relationship, develops trust, and creates a unique moment of bonding between you and your companion.
