OUR PRODUCTS
ARE SAVAGE ACCESSORIES SOLID?
HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?
Savage accessories are made of ultra-resistant materials, from the metal fasteners, to our fabrics lined with 3D mesh. Our polypropylene straps are specially designed to withstand very high breaking loads of 3800 lbs, in other words unbreakable. They are also water repellent and resistant to heat, friction and wear & tear.
Measure round your dog's neck and stomach area, and refer to our size guide page. Our harnesses are adjustable front and back, so you can't go wrong! Ditto for our collars. We offer sizes ranging from 15cm to 65cm, for puppies to bigger doggos.
HOW DO YOU PUT A SAVAGE HARNESS ON YOUR PET?
We have designed our harnesses to be made easy to use. Simply slip the front of the harness over your pet's head. Thread the back strap through harness loop, adjust the strap length to the correct size and clasp it closed around the belly. Don't tighten the strap too much, you should be able to fit a finger underneath once closed. And that's it, you're on your way to safe walkies.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once payment has been approved, your order is processed and ready to be sent to you in 3 to 4 working days. Your order will then be delivered to your home in 2 to 5 days depending on the delivery service chosen*. (*Average postage times observed. We cannot be held responsible for a delay in delivery.)
HOW CAN I FOLLOW MY DELIVERY?
You will receive a tracking number by e-mail with which you can follow your order.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
We’re happy to accept returns on any item despatched to us within 14 days of receipt by you. It’s important to note that products must be sent back in their original condition, unworn. We cannot refund products having suffered damage or deterioration. Shipping costs are not covered by SAVAGE when sent back.

We source our fabrics using the cleanest fibres and up-cycling materials available rather than producing new ones. This means some of our collections are in limited series only.
HOW DO I LOOK AFTER MY SAVAGE PRODUCTS?
We recommend washing all our products by hand to keep them in mint condition. Different materials are used depending on the product. A cleaning section specific to each harness model is listed on its respective page. Some of our products can be machine washed if wanted, on a delicate programme at 30 degrees, in a protective net. Our products dry quickly.
CAN MY DOG BE A SAVAGE MODEL?
We’re always looking for gorgeous dogs to model our products. You can send us some pictures of your pets, we love meeting new pooches.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT?
Once your payment has been validated, you will receive an order confirmation by email with all the information necessary to track your package.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BE REFUNDED?
Within a maximum period of 14 days following the product’s receipt date, and if it is returned intact. We will inform you of the current ongoing procedure.
